Summary
About the Role:
I am looking for a reliable and hard-working Grounds Maintenance Operative to join my team. The
successful candidate will help maintain outdoor spaces to a high standard, ensuring sites are safe, clean,
and visually appealing.
The role will start as a 3 day work trial if stage 1 has been passed
Key Responsibilities:
Grass cutting, strimming, and hedge trimming
Weeding, pruning, and planting
Litter picking and general site clearance
Maintaining paths, borders, and green spaces
Operating and maintaining grounds maintenance equipment
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience preferred (training can be provided)
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
Good timekeeping IS A MUST
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence desirable
Chainsaw ticket
