You'll champion user needs, make evidence based decisions, and lead continuous improvement from discovery through to delivery. This is your chance to use your leadership and product expertise for genuine public good-improving lives, strengthening systems, and building digital services that work for everyone.
What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?

- Strong track record of influencing internal and external stakeholders and confidently managing challenge.
- Experience leading a product end-to-end, setting clear goals and direction, and providing mentoring and coaching to support team success.
You and your role
As a Product Manager, you'll lead product development for a major service, programme, or organisational area-shaping vision, aligning teams, and delivering meaningful value for users.
We have five opportunities across:
- Debt: Products that manage different types of debt and how we collect it from users.
- Health & Disability: Services that support people needing financial help due to health conditions or disabilities.
- Corporate Services: Core systems and tools that enable colleagues to work effectively.
- Communication & Collaboration: Products within the Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Office, Lists and Forms.
- Core Digital Services: Leading the rebuild of legacy services to better meet user needs.
We're looking for people who can bring a strong record of defining product vision and enabling teams to deliver high-quality, user centred services.
You will be confident in setting direction, clarifying outcomes and guiding multidisciplinary teams to achieve them. You also have experience developing product strategy and creating value driven roadmaps that take products from discovery through to delivery.
You understand how to build and mature product capability, continually improving quality, ways of working, and wider organisational understanding of product management. Your approach and your decisions are rooted in user insight and evidence based design, ensuring that services are accessible, effective, and truly meet user needs.
