Reporting To: Management Accountant

decision making, we are strengthening our finance capability to deliver deeper insight,
automation, and commercial value.
We are looking for a Finance Apprentice to join our finance team and begin a career in
accountancy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in finance,
strong ambition, and the commitment to study AAT Level 2 while gaining practical, hands-on
experience.
As a Finance Apprentice, you will support the day to day activities of the finance function
while developing core accounting skills. You will receive structured training, mentoring, and
study support as you work towards AAT Level 2, with clear progression opportunities beyond
the apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with basic accounting and finance administration tasks
• Support purchase ledger and sales ledger activities
• Help process invoices, payments, and expenses
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing
• Assist with data entry and reconciliations
• Support the finance team with adhoc tasks and reporting
• Learn month end and management accounting processes over time
Essential Requirements
• A genuine interest in starting a career in accountancy or finance
• Ambitious, motivated, and keen to learn
• Willingness to study AAT Level 2 as part of an apprenticeship
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good numeracy and organisational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
• Comfortable working with computers and basic spreadsheets
