Summary
We are seeking a skilled Web Developer (Ads & Performance Platforms) to support the development and optimisation of high-performance web applications and landing pages for its facility management and eCommerce-enabled service platforms. The role focuses on building fast, secure, and scalable web solutions that directly support digital advertising campaigns, lead generation, online bookings, and service quotations across construction, facilities management, and cleaning services. The post holder will be responsible for developing responsive front-end interfaces and robust back-end integrations, implementing conversion-optimised landing pages for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns, and ensuring seamless integration with CRMs, payment gateways, scheduling systems, and analytics tools. Duties include performance optimisation aligned with Core Web Vitals, implementation of GA4, Google Tag Manager, ad pixels, and event tracking, and supporting A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation to improve return on ad spend. The role requires strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Next.js, along with experience in backend technologies (Node.js, PHP, or Python), REST APIs, and relational databases. The developer will also ensure GDPR compliance, secure data handling, and maintain clean, well-documented codebases while working closely with marketing and operations teams to translate advertising and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
