NVQ Level 3 Baby Room & Toddler Room Practitioner –
Join Our Nursery Team!
Location: standish under 5’s Limited-Kenyon Road, standish
Position: Full-Time 7.30am-4pm term time
holiday club 9am-3pm
Qualification: NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
Salary: competitive, based on experience

About the Role You will:
• Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for babies and toddlers
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities following the EYFS
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team
• Observe, assess, and record children’s development
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies and procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
• Must have experience working in a Baby Room and/or Toddler Room
• A warm, caring, and patient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of EYFS and child development
• Reliability, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for early years
