Job Title: 360 Plant Operator (CPCS/NPORS)
Salary: Competitive (Weekly Pay)
Hours: 50 hours per week
Car Park: Available on-site
Location: [Great Bircham , King's Lynn - PE31
Duration: 6 MONTHS
START; MARCH

JOB DESCRIPTION
Experienced plant operator needed for large-scale construction projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate 10-20t excavators, dumpers and telehandlers
- Conduct daily machinery checks (FLTs, quick-hitches, etc.)
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Meet daily productivity targets
- Follow all site safety protocols

CURRENT PROJECTS
- Residential high-rise development (200+ units)
- Commercial retail complex

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CPCS/NPORS certification (essential)
- 2+ years plant operation experience
- Basic maintenance knowledge
- Own PPE (hard hat, boots, hi-vis)
