Location: Salford - hybrid working available, with travel to the office required. 2 days per week
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a Team Leader, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service delivery and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in our flexible, trust-based working environment.
What will you be responsible for?
As an Accounts Payable Team Leader, you'll be working within the Purchase to Pay team, supporting them in delivering excellent service while managing compliance with relevant construction sector tax regulations. Your day to day will include:
-Managing a team of 6 Finance Assistants in a hybrid working environment
-Coordinating workloads, planning schedules, and fostering team wellbeing
-Building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the business
-Ensuring queries are resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements
-Being the primary escalation point for issue resolution from both the business and vendors

This role of Accounts Payable Team Leader is great for you if:
-You have experience managing teams within an Accounts Payable or shared service environment
-You understand the construction industry and DRC/CIS tax regulations
-You've successfully led change projects in a finance setting
-You're collaborative, trusted and focused in your approach to work
-You can organise your workload effectively while adapting to changing priorities
