Summary
Please note in regards to location this role can be based anywhere within the United Kingdom and Ireland and travel will be required across the region. There is a requirement to travel and stay away from home to assist with divisional and weekend corps events. They are dedicated to encouraging all who worship within The Salvation Army to embrace generosity as a way of life, becoming faithful stewards reflecting the abundant generosity that God has shown to us.Working alongside other team members and supporting the Generous Discipleship Team Leader, you will be required to:Key responsibilities:Liaise and build effective relationships within divisions and corps.Advise, deliver and communicate biblical teaching.Support leaders and leadership teams in embedding generosity as a core value in mission and ministry.Develop bible study materials using a variety of media for personal engagement, teaching and corps use.The successful candidate will have:Good communication and interpersonal skillsSound biblical knowledge.Administrative and organisational skillsIT skills (be able to use Word, Excel, etc.)A minimum of 3 GCSE or equivalent qualifications is requiredThis role has an occupational requirement that the successful candidate must be a committed and practising Salvationist.
