Summary

30 Hours per week - 8:30am to 3.30pm - Monday to Friday - Term time only - Permanent role - To start ASAP

Katesgrove Primary School is a large and friendly primary school in Reading. We are looking for a cheerful, enthusiastic, hardworking and committed person to join our successful and friendly school team.

The successful candidate will:

Have experience of working in a school office
Have common sense and an ability to work on their own initiative
Work well as part of a team
Have a flexible and adaptable approach

Duties include:

Main Reception duties including visitor management
Dealing with pupil attendance, data and communications
General admin and school support
Monitoring of stock and school supplies
Liaise with finance staff and suppliers
Administration of medicines and supporting children with medical needs
Receiving and checking deliveries
Follow safeguarding procedures at all times
Maintain confidentiality and data protection
A wide range of support tasks for the office and wider school team
