Summary
We are looking for Recruitment Partners to work with us on a commission-only basis. This role is suitable for experienced recruiters or professionals with strong networks.
Responsibilities:
• Candidate sourcing and/or client generation
• Managing recruitment pipelines
• Working independently while aligned with company processes
Requirements:
• Experience in recruitment, sales, or business development
• Ability to work remotely and manage workload independently
• Laptop/computer, mobile phone, and quiet workspace
• Strong motivation to earn commission
