Summary
We are currently hiring Recruitment Consultants to join our growing recruitment business. This is a commission-only role, ideal for driven individuals who want to control their earnings and work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Engaging clients and matching candidates to roles
• Managing candidates through the recruitment process
• Building and maintaining professional relationships
Requirements:
• Background in customer service, sales, administration, or recruitment
• Full-time availability and immediate start
• Good quality laptop or computer with Microsoft Office
• Mobile phone for work purposes
• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
• Strong motivation to earn and succeed
