Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant – The Role

A welcoming mainstream primary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work within their on-site provision. This full-time, long-term role involves supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD and SEMH, on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored interventions, support behaviour management, and help create a structured and nurturing learning environment.

Pay: £16–£20 per hour, dependent on experience.
