Our purpose is simple: by providing people with a safe, secure and decent home, we enable them to thrive, feel part of their community and realise their potential.
The role
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Product Managers, Technology teams and business stakeholders to deliver practical, user-focused solutions that improve services and operational performance. Key responsibilities
Analyse and document current and future-state business processes across key systems and services
Elicit, define and manage business requirements, translating them into clear user stories with robust acceptance criteria
Work collaboratively with Product Managers, developers and stakeholders to shape solutions that meet user and organisational needs
Facilitate workshops, interviews and data analysis to identify problems, opportunities and service improvements
Document workflows, functional specifications and solution designs, securing stakeholder sign-off where required
Support delivery teams by clarifying requirements, managing dependencies and contributing to backlog refinement
Undertake investigative and data-led analysis to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement
Skills and experience
At least 2 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
Experience working in product-led or digital transformation environments, using iterative and agile methods
Hands-on experience with TotalMobile (Connect, Mobile & Insights) and Salesforce
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable insights
Proven experience writing high-quality business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence constructively
Ability to deliver high-quality outputs at pace in both structured and fast-moving environments
