Summary

Catering Manager – Eurest at SC Johnson (Frimley)

£38,000 per annum | Monday–Friday

Eurest is looking for an experienced Catering Manager to lead the catering operation at SC Johnson in Frimley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, people-focused leader who is passionate about great food, outstanding service, and driving performance.

The role:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of chefs and front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional food and service

  • Take full accountability for Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) compliance and financial performance

  • Manage budgets, costs, and commercial targets, using data to make informed, strategic decisions

  • Build strong client relationships, attending client meetings and producing monthly reporting packs

  • Maintain high standards across food quality, service delivery, and customer experience

About you:

  • Previous experience in contract catering is highly desirable

  • A confident, hands-on leader with a strong people focus

  • Commercially and strategically minded, with the ability to analyse data and drive improvements

  • Professional, organised, and comfortable working directly with senior clients
