Summary
£38,000 per annum | Monday–Friday
Eurest is looking for an experienced Catering Manager to lead the catering operation at SC Johnson in Frimley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, people-focused leader who is passionate about great food, outstanding service, and driving performance.
The role:
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of chefs and front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional food and service
Take full accountability for Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) compliance and financial performance
Manage budgets, costs, and commercial targets, using data to make informed, strategic decisions
Build strong client relationships, attending client meetings and producing monthly reporting packs
Maintain high standards across food quality, service delivery, and customer experience
About you:
Previous experience in contract catering is highly desirable
A confident, hands-on leader with a strong people focus
Commercially and strategically minded, with the ability to analyse data and drive improvements
Professional, organised, and comfortable working directly with senior clients
