You will join as an Assistant Outlets Manager who values leadership, collaboration, consistency, and pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our food and beverage outlets. Supporting the Outlets Manager, you will play a key role in day-to-day operations, team engagement, and maintaining the high standards our guests expect. Key Responsibilities
• Support the Outlets Manager in the smooth daily operation of all food and beverage outlets
• Lead by example on the floor, delivering warm, professional and consistent guest service
• Assist with training, coaching and motivating the outlets team
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene and company standards
• Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly and positively
• Support rota planning and staffing levels in line with business needs
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, events and wider hotel teams

Person Specification
• Previous experience in a food & beverage supervisory or assistant management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A hands-on approach with a passion for guest experience
• Well organised, calm under pressure and adaptable
• A genuine interest in developing yourself and others
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
