What You'll Be Doing:
• Delivering targeted small-group and 1:1 Humanities interventions
• Supporting students to exceed progress targets across KS3 & KS4
• Collaborating with outstanding faculty to drive outcomes and engagement
• Advising, motivating, and tracking students to maximise achievement
• Mentoring pupils with SEMH or additional needs, adapting your approach
• Cultivating aspiration, resilience, and a passion for the Humanities
