Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Alma Primary is seeking to appoint a highly skilled, calm and consistent Learning Support Assistant to provide part time support for a child in our Reception class with a particular focus on speech, language and communication needs (SLCN) and social communication/autism profile.
Hours are 0830 to 12:30, Mon, Weds-Fri and 0800 to 12:30 on Tues. Start date is March 2026.
This is a rewarding role for an individual who is nurturing, emotionally resilient and child-centred, with the ability to deliver structured, targeted interventions while maintaining a responsive and supportive approach. Please see our recruitment pack for more information.
