Summary
Public Relations Officer (Community Outreach) – Part-Time
We are looking for a friendly and confident Public Relations Officer to support the promotion of our elderly day centre in Tamworth.
Hours: 2 hours per session, 3 days per week
Pay: £13.68 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Mileage: Paid
Contract: Part-time / Flexible
Role duties include:
Distributing leaflets in the local community
Engaging positively with older people, families, and carers
Promoting awareness of services offered by the day centre
Acting as a professional and approachable ambassador
Essential requirements:
Enhanced DBS check
Right to work in the UK
Fluent spoken English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable:
Ability to drive and access to a vehicle
Knowledge of the local area
