Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Income Officer (Enc)* to join our dynamic team. As an Income Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing accounts receivable, monitoring income sources, and conducting regular audits to identify discrepancies. You will engage with various stakeholders, including clients and internal departments, to address income-related inquiries and support financial planning initiatives. Responsibilities
Manage and oversee accounts receivable functions ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.
Conduct regular audits of income streams to verify compliance with financial requirements and policies.
Analyze income reports and data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve income-related issues and inquiries promptly.
Maintain accurate and complete financial documentation related to income and billing processes.
Prepare comprehensive income reports for internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies as required.
Assist in developing strategies to enhance income generation and optimize revenue collection processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial role, preferably in income management or accounting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
