Summary
Teamforce Labour is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banksman Slinger/Signaller – All Duties for an immediate start in Fleetwood, Lancashire, FY7.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious professional with a strong background working on civil engineering projects.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, demonstrating excellent judgement, communication, and coordination when managing lifting operations and guiding plant movements.
Requirements (Essential): To be considered for this role, candidates must hold the following:
- ✅ CPCS or NPORS (CSCS Affiliated) – Banksman Slinger/Signaller – All Duties
- ✅ CPCS/NPORS Vehicle Marshal
- ✅ Safety Critical Medical is preferred
- ✅ 2 recent and contactable references
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of lifting operations and safety procedures
- Proven reliability and punctuality
- Excellent awareness of health and safety on-site
- Ability to communicate clearly with crane and machine operators
- Confidence working around live services and in busy operational environments
