Setting: Established children’s residential home (Ofsted rated Good)
We are recruiting an experienced and values-led Registered Manager to lead an established children’s residential home in Nuneaton, rated Good by Ofsted and supported by a full, stable staff team.
What We’re Looking For: Registered Manager
- Experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed and therapeutic practice
- A genuine commitment to putting children first, always
