What skills and experience we're looking for

We welcome applications from candidates across all subject areas and are keen to support enthusiastic individuals at the start of their teaching careers.

We are looking for candidates who have the potential to be an outstanding teacher. You will need a good honours degree and for ECTs Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). You will have a passion for your subject area, be eager to inspire the next generation, have a desire to work in a secondary school and share your knowledge with others.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their practice within a supportive, Christian, and highly professional environment, where strong relationships, high expectations, and ongoing development are central to our ethos.

Trinity School is a popular and oversubscribed Christian Free School in Sevenoaks. We received 796 applications for 180 school places for September 2026 new student intake.
