Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

• Subject matter expertise – strong, up-to-date knowledge

• Teaching and learning strategies – ability to plan, deliver, and adapt engaging lessons for diverse learners


• Apprenticeship standards & frameworks – understanding of apprenticeship requirements, standards, and end-point assessment


• understanding and experience of promoting professional behaviours within a school environment

• Safeguarding & equality – knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and inclusive teaching practices

• Communication & collaboration – effective communication with pupils, colleagues and parents
