Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated General Practitioner to join our friendly team for 68 sessions per week, with flexibility around working patterns. There is also the option to work Extended Access sessions outside of our core hours for those wishing to increase their sessions. You will work across our two sites, supported by excellent clinical and administrative teams. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, evidence-based general medical care to registered patients Conduct face-to-face, telephone and online consultations Manage acute presentations, chronic disease, and preventative care Undertake routine GP duties including referrals, prescriptions and clinical documentation Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team Participate in practice meetings, clinical governance and quality improvement activities Support teaching, training or supervision (if interested not essential) The Ideal Candidate Essential: GMC-registered GP with a licence to practise On the NHS England GP Performers List Strong clinical, communication and organisational skills Commitment to patient-centred care and teamwork Experience using systmone Desirable: Previous experience in UK general practice Previous experience using Accurx Interest in extended access, mentoring, or service development Portfolio interests welcomed and supported What We Offer Flexible working with 68 sessions available Optional Extended Access sessions for additional income Competitive sessional pay dependent on experience Supportive, approachable partnership and management team Well-established MDT reducing GP workload Opportunity to develop special interests NHS pension and standard employment benefits
