We’re now looking for an Independent Living Coordinator to join our team on a Permanent basis. If you’re compassionate, proactive, and motivated by supporting people to live well, we’d love to hear from you.About the role As an Independent Living Coordinator, you’ll help create safe, supportive and welcoming environments for our tenants. You’ll build positive relationships with a variety of residents, respond to enquiries, provide day-to-day support, and help people access the services they need to live independently. This is a full-time, permanent position (36.25 hours per week), with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across our Independent Living schemes in Leyland, with additional travel around South Ribble to provide cover when needed. To support flexibility and responsiveness, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. You may also be asked to provide support at other nearby schemes, ensuring continuity of care and a high-quality service for all tenants.What We Are Looking For You will thrive in this role if you have: Essential Strong people skillsThe ability to communicate well with a wide range of tenantsA genuine desire to support peopleA willingness and the ability to travel with full access to your own vehicle Desirable Experience supporting older people (aged 55+) Experience working with customers with physical disabilities and/or mental health needs Why Progress?
