Summary
CNC Setter Operator - 2 Shift Rotation, shifts are 06:00-14:00 AM / 14:00-22:00 Rotating weekly.
- Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor the CNC Setter Operator will be responsible for setting and operation of CNC and other manufacturing machines, producing components to drawing tolerance and specifications.
- Understand company objectives and strive to meet or exceed the KPIs and metrics.
- Produce accurate, high-quality components
- Competently set and operate CNC Milling, Turning or other production machines using various operating systems.
- Plan & specify tooling requirements, including jigs and fixtures, tool changes and amendments including offset adjustments and minor program changes to produce components within drawing tolerances/limits.
Pay Rates :
- £14.68 per hour AM shift
- £16.39 per hour PM shift
