Evenings & Weekends | Bank StaffAre you hands‑on, people‑focused and ready to play a key role in keeping a vibrant community leisure hub running smoothly?At Oasis Wintringham Leisure Club, we’re looking for an energetic and proactive Site Facilities & Maintenance Assistant to help us deliver a safe, welcoming and high‑quality experience for everyone who walks through our doors.You’ll play a key part in:Setting up equipment and preparing facilities for bookings and eventsCarrying out routine maintenance, cleaning and minor repair tasksCompleting basic financial and administrative dutiesPerforming regular site and security checks, inside and outsideEnsuring facilities are safe, clean and ready for use at all timesAdministering basic first aid when requiredSupporting staff, students, visitors and the general publicHelping the leisure team make every user’s experience exceptionalAt Oasis Community Learning, we don’t just run facilities, we create community. Training and skill development in maintenance, health & safety, customer service and admin. Meaningful work supporting staff, students and the community in a welcoming leisure environment. We're looking for someone who is:Friendly, helpful and great with peopleOrganised, proactive and confident with hands‑on tasks (e.g., setting up equipment)Strong communicator with a positive, “can‑do” attitudeComfortable working independently and as part of a teamBasic maintenance skills + good understanding of Health & Safety and site securityCustomer service experience, including handling cash and confidential informationGood numeracy and literacy, with willingness to complete required trainingCommitted to safeguarding, professionalism and maintaining high standardsIf you love variety, enjoy fixing things, and thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect role for you!
