Summary

We're looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our Thames Water Mogden STW team based in Isleworth, Twickenham.

Location: Twickenham, London Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours may be available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a Senior Operations Manager, you'll provide visible leadership across construction and engineering activities at Mogden Sewage Treatment Works. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee multiple workstreams in a complex operational environment, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and without compromising treatment operations or environmental compliance.

What will you be responsible for?As a Senior Operations Manager, you'll be working within the Mogden STW team, supporting them in delivering construction and improvement works safely and efficiently. Your day to day will include:

-Leading multiple workstreams including civil, mechanical, electrical, and process upgrades within a live treatment environment

-Ensuring projects are delivered to programme, cost, quality, and performance targets

-Championing a zero-harm culture and ensuring robust management of high-risk activities

-Building trusted relationships with the client, site operations teams, and alliance partners

-Leading and developing a multi-disciplinary management team

-You have extensive senior management experience within wastewater, utilities, or complex infrastructure construction

-You have a proven track record of delivering works in live operational environments

-You demonstrate a genuine commitment to safety leadership and positive site culture

-You have experience working under NEC contracts and regulated client frameworks

-You're collaborative, trusted, and focused on continuous improvement
