Summary

Pinnacle Group are looking for a customer‑focused Housing Administrator to join our Homes Division, supporting the delivery of high‑quality housing management services. In this fast‑paced and varied role, you will act as a central point of contact for residents and stakeholders, responding efficiently to enquiries and ensuring seamless operational support across a wide range of housing functions.

Our Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties. We work with local authorities, registered providers and investors to support thriving communities.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and confident in managing diverse customer needs, often under pressure. You will demonstrate strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy frontline environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all front‑line customer enquiries across reception, phone, email, social media and other channels, ensuring accurate responses and encouraging customer feedback.
  • Support tenancy and housing management activities including low‑level arrears queries, tenancy changes, arranging access/inspections and maintaining up‑to‑date records.
  • Ensure all contractual requirements and KPIs are met by accurately monitoring data and logging/acknowledging complaints, correspondence and member enquiries within required timescales.
  • Build effective working relationships with clients, residents and key stakeholders to create a positive impression of the services delivered.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Senior Housing Managers, including logging invoices, organising tasks, and preparing or presenting reports.
  • Support repairs and property maintenance activities by accurately logging issues, processing enquiries and liaising with contractors or internal teams.
  • Contribute to service and contract improvements by supporting the Area Housing Manager, participating in meetings, forums and community events, and maintaining operational procedures.

  • Ability to work in a fast‑moving, pressurised frontline housing environment, handling complex issues and competing priorities.
  • Ability to produce and present comprehensive professional reports clearly and concisely to a diverse audience.
  • Ability to use initiative and make accurate, timely decisions when under pressure.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse data and performance information, identifying issues and required solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both individually and in group settings.
