Summary
Experience Required: Learning Disabilities (Essential)
We are seeking a proactive, compassionate Live-in Carer to support an individual with learning disabilities in a calm, welcoming home. This role is focused on independence and community engagement; notably, there is no challenging behavior involved in this placement.
Key Responsibilities:
Person-Centered Care: Assisting with personal care, hygiene, and daily routines.
Nutrition & Home: Planning/cooking healthy meals and managing light housekeeping.
Community Access: Supporting the client with social clubs, outings, and local appointments.
Requirements:
Proven experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
Full UK Driver’s License (highly preferred) to drive the client’s vehicle.
Personal Qualities: A confident cook with a reliable and proactive approach.
Package:
£850 per week with paid breaks.
Dedicated food allowance.
Private, comfortable live-in accommodation.
