• Has a genuine interest in cycling
• Is friendly, organised & customer-focused
• Retail/Cycle Manager experience
• Good knowledge of the cycle industry
The role includes:
• Bike hire bookings & prep
• Cycle repairs & servicing
• Bike and equipment sales
• Helping customers with routes, bikes & safety
• Excellent customer service
• Some café support as part of a small team
