Van Driver – Wheel Refurbishment Centre
H&L Wheel refurbishment in Esher is a division of H&L Motors, which is a 3rd generation family business in Twickenham that celebrated its 70th year in 2023. We take pride in our dedication to customer satisfaction and strive for excellence in every aspect of our work.
We take care of some of the most prestigious car brands in the world, but as a growing family-run business, we also take care of our staff with good conditions and regular training.
We’re looking for a full-time Van Driver to join our dedicated team in the new Wheel Refurbishment division based in Esher, Surrey.
This role is vital to ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service, with efficient and safe collection and delivery of wheels from various locations. We’re looking for a self-motivated, hardworking team player with energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
In this role, you will work full-time Mon–Fri, 8am – 5pm and benefit from:
• Overtime available

Key Responsibilities
• Safely and punctually collecting / delivering wheels to and from customers, dealerships, and Bodyshop’s.
• Loading and unloading wheels into the company van with care.
• Obtaining delivery confirmations and signatures from customers.
• Conducting basic checks to ensure all collections and deliveries are correct and documented. (Full training provided)
• Ensuring the van is kept clean, tidy, and roadworthy.
• Representing the business in a professional, courteous manner.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic IT/computer literacy (for paperwork and confirmations).
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure.
• A professional and reliable approach to work.
• Flexibility to support the wider team when required.
