Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake required plumbing repairs and installations, maintain safety security and work conditions of the Council's property portfolio.
- Ensure small repairs are carried out within timescales and high standards.
-To support the team with service needs by completing minor repairs and working across trades during peaks and troughs of demand.
-Update Concerto System, Operate a PDA to update works status and image upload.
-Be responsible for works vans, tools, and equipment.
-Report any accidents to comply with health and safety.
Essential Criteria:
-Must have Level 3 NVQ in plumbing or have completed City & Guilds in Plumbing.
-Completed an apprenticeship, and have practical experience, preferably in repairs and maintenance environment, ideally for public buildings.
-Completed Asbestos awareness training.
