We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join East Riding College in the role of Success Coach.



About the role

The role involves providing pastoral care and safeguarding support, working closely with curriculum teams, and identifying learner needs to arrange appropriate interventions. This position is designed for individuals who are team players and passionate about helping young learners reach their full potential.



About the person

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build a rapport with learners, and have experience working with young people. The role also requires knowledge of external agencies and support services, as well as understanding of safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.
