Who will I be supporting?

You'll be supporting a lovely lady in her 50s. She receives support at home from two caring team members who support her to live independently. She has a mild learning disability, physical disabilities, and diabetes. She uses a wheelchair and has a hoist in her home - don't worry, full training will be provided!

She's full of life and loves pamper nights, horror movies, gardening, arts and crafts, socialising, and being around animals. She enjoys going for walks and is an active member of her local Slimming World group.

Her team also supports others in the community through our outreach services, so you may have the chance to make a difference to more people too!

?What will I be doing?

You'll help people live life their way - supporting them to be themselves and achieve their goals. This includes:

Personal care, medication, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
Some of the people we support have declining mobility, so you will be providing some moving and handling support - full training is provided.
Driving funded Motability cars - so a Full UK Manual Driving Licence comfortable driving other people's cars is essential

What shifts are available?

- Day - 7am - 10pm; Early - 7am - 3pm; Late - 3pm - 10pm. You will also be required to do sleep in shift.

- Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance
