Ideal Candidate – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

Minimum 2:1 degree (Psychology and Education graduates preferred)
Empathetic, patient, and able to build meaningful relationships with children
Strong communication and emotional intelligence
Previous experience supporting children (tutoring, SEN work, youth work) is highly desirable
Motivated to pursue a career related to SEN, mental health, or education
Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
