Summary

Mobile Support Cleaner

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (6 months)

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Mobile Support Cleaner to deliver high-quality recovery cleaning across an allocated portfolio of sites.​

This role requires full flexibility, as rotas may change daily or weekly and will fall within an 8-hour working window allocated by the Sector Manager.

Job Description​

​We are looking for someone who can confidently support operational cleaning delivery and respond to on-the-day requests.​

You will also maintain excellent relationships with colleagues, clients, and on-site representatives while ensuring all procedures are followed consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver all aspects of cleaning operations within the assigned site portfolio.

Carry out periodic cleaning in line with client specifications and schedules to 100% completion.

Follow all client security procedures and site-specific policies at all times.

Maintain professional relationships with employer representatives and company personnel.

Ensure familiarity with opening, lockup, and air-lock procedures for all relevant contracts.

Conduct site familiarisation sessions for new employees, including cleaning regimes and waste procedures.

Maintain tidy, well-organised storerooms with correctly stored stock.

Monitor material and consumable levels, reporting shortages to the relevant manager.

Strong attention to detail with a responsible, ownership-driven attitude.

Effective communication skills with the ability to support front-line colleagues.

Ability to manage client expectations and deliver customer-focused solutions.

Excellent problem-solving and customer service capability, including with remote teams.

Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in approach.

Able to manage priorities efficiently.

Confident in building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.

Good time-management skills and commitment to completing full shift durations.
