Summary
We are supporting a highly regarded primary school located in Newport, Gwent, who are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Full-time KS1 Teaching Assistants. As a Full-time KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the classroom teacher in providing a nurturing and enriching learning environment for children in Key Stage 1 (KS1), which includes children aged 5-7 years old. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role, ideally within a primary school setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff
- Demonstrated ability to provide academic and emotional support to students
- A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their educational and personal growth
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
- A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the ability to obtain one
