What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a high‑quality or Rosette‑level kitchen


A genuine love for pastry, flavour balance, and elegant presentation


Strong drive, professionalism, and the ability to excel under pressure


A commitment to exceptional food safety and hygiene standards


Key Responsibilities

Creating fresh, high‑quality pastry and dessert items daily


Collaborating closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team


Ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations


Maintaining all health, safety, and hygiene procedures


Delivering consistent, high‑standard service


Showing enthusiasm for growth, learning, and development
