Make every day unique as a Support Worker for Hillcrest Futures within our Crieff Services.

About the Role

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We are looking for Support Workers who believe care and support should be as unique as the individuals we support. Being a Support Worker with Hillcrest Futures isn’t just a job, it’s an opportunity to empower people to live life their way, based on their own choices, interests, and individuality.

Your role as a Support Worker involves helping the people we support live independently, whilst still being able to access the community as much as possible.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Support Worker:

* Celebrating individuality: by providing person-centred care that reflects each person’s personality, goals, and preferences

* Supporting individuals with a variety of needs: including autism, dementia, drug and alcohol, epilepsy, learning disabilities and mental health support

* Empowering independence: by supporting people to make decisions and live life on their terms and choices

* Building meaningful connections: by creating relationships based on trust, respect, and understanding

* Bringing positivity every day: by helping individuals thrive in their own unique way

What We’re Looking For:

* A caring, compassionate nature and a genuine desire to make a difference

* Great communication and listening skills

* Flexibility and adaptability as no two days are the same as a Support Worker within our Crieff Services

* Experience is not essential as here at Hillcrest Futures, we provide full training for the role

Please Note: If you do not have a qualification in Health and Social Care, you will be required to undertake this as a requirement to register with the Scottish Social Services Council.

Why You’ll Love Working with Us:

* Working within a supportive team: where every day is unique

* 32 days minimum annual leave: per year for full time working hours (pro rata for part time hours)

* Flexible working patterns: to support your work life balance, with the potential for a 4 day working week (based on full time working hours)

* Paid training: to help you grow

* Employee discounts: on shopping and leisure including Argos, Ikea and more

* Enhanced healthcare package: including money towards dental care, eye related care and more

* Wellbeing support: including mental health resources

If you are ready to start a rewarding role within services where individuality matters, we want to hear from you.

Apply today and join us in creating care that’s as unique as the people we support!

Sponsorship - Please note that Hillcrest Futures do not hold a licence to sponsor any visa applications at present.
