Summary
Do you enjoy making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Home Care Workers to join our friendly team, supporting clients in their own homes in Norwich.
No two days are the same – but every day is meaningful
Your day might include:
Providing personal care with dignity and respect
Supporting with medication administration
Supporting clients with daily routines and tasks
Meal preparation
Light household duties to keep things comfortable and clean
Offering companionship and reassurance
Being a friendly face and a listening ear when it’s needed most
Helping clients remain safe, comfortable and independent at home
Supporting clients with hobbies, interests
What we’re looking for:
A caring, positive attitude
Reliability and commitment to weekday and alternate weekend working
Good communication skills
A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
Experience in care is beneficial, but not essential as full training is provided
