Summary
See attached Job Description and Person Specification. The post holder will assist qualified members of the multi-disciplinary team in providingcare and support to patients. They will assist in the delivery of care under the guidanceof a qualified nurse.The post holder will assist in establishing care plans and in the delivery care. Theexpectation will be to work within the boundaries of agreed instruction, whilst beingsupported within Trust procedures and policies.The post holder will support the development of trainee health care support workers by acting as a role model and mentor, including acting as an assessor for new Health Care Support Workers completing the Care Certificate.
