Summary
The trust comprises three acute hospital sites and you will work with the Team Lead based at Boston to ensure high quality dietetic care is delivered equitably across the group, and ensure that the practice of the service reflects the latest evidence base and guidelines. This will involve development and review of resources including policies, guidelines and diet sheets, and working with the Operational and Service Lead to escalate areas of concern. You will be responsible for the line management of the team, including recruitment and induction of new staff, clinical supervision, professional development and appraisal. You will also adhere to trust policy to manage sickness and HR issues, with support of the operational lead dietitian.
