Summary

Assistant Asset Data Manager

Salary: £44,428 to £55,536 (salary offered dependent on experience)

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent

Location: Mariner House, Dartford

We’re currently looking for an Assistant Asset Data Manager to join our team.

You’ll be responsible for the delivery of the Asset Management Strategy by maintaining accurate property data, analysing stock condition information, and helping to plan and deliver effective maintenance and investment programmes. The role involves supporting contract management, ensuring compliance with health and safety and statutory requirements, and using asset data to inform long-term planning and decision-making. You’ll work closely with colleagues to improve data quality, deliver value for money, and help ensure homes are safe, well-maintained, and meet agreed standards.
