Summary
Our plans include critical investment in our corporate systems, ensuring they are fit for purpose and reducing the manual input required. Equally, there is ongoing development of the way the department delivers its policy outcomes via digital and data services, using AI where needed to maximise the value these can bring to users in the department or throughout the society we serve.
We want to transform how we solve policy challenges by having user centred design and collaboration within multi-disciplinary teams at the heart of what we do.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Digital, Data and Technology Enablement Team and play a key role in supporting how we develop, support and communicate with our people. Working across capability, learning and communications activity, you will help connect technical delivery with the people and culture that underpin it.
You will support delivery of the DDaT Capability and Pay Frameworks, helping to coordinate activity, support moderation processes and maintain accurate records. You will also support learning and development activity, including tracking the L&D budget and helping to plan and monitor spend in line with Directorate priorities.
The role will support internal communications and engagement activity across the Directorate, helping to translate technical or organisational updates into clear, engaging messages. You will support change activity, respond to emerging priorities, and work flexibly as part of a small, supportive central team.
