TC Facilities Management is recruiting a reliable Cleaner to join our team at a motorway services site at Junction 10 of the M40, near Bicester.
⚠️ Important: This is a motorway location with no direct public transport access — you must have your own transport and be able to drive to the site.

Own transport essential
Hours: 35 hours per week
Shifts: 11pm-7am
Pay: £13.30 per hour
About the Role
This is a hands-on cleaning role supporting the day-to-day cleanliness and presentation of a busy motorway services site. You’ll be responsible for general cleaning across customer and staff areas, helping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
This role suits someone who is dependable, organised, and takes pride in delivering high standards.
Key Responsibilities
General cleaning across the motorway services site
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
Working to set schedules and priorities
Working independently or as part of a small team
Being polite and professional when customers are on site
Full training and all equipment are provided.
