You have
• A Level 2 diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willing to study towards it)
• Strong collaboration skills when working with external agencies, including emergency services and social care professionals.
• Excellent telephone communication skills, with the ability to support, guide, and advise customers and colleagues.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to respond appropriately.

The practical bits
• You’ll work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. (Mon – Fri between 5pm-9pm and Sat and Sun 9am-9pm)
• You need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay)
• A vehicle insured for business use (and a license!), we’ll pay for any business mileage
