What You’ll Need

• Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
• Previous nursing home experience
• Strong clinical and medication management skills
• Confidence working with residential, nursing, and dementia care

• Act as a clinical lead on shift for residents’ needs
• Administer medications and treatments safely
