Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Workers to join our tree maintainance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks including pruning and planting of trees. This role requires physical stamina, a willingness to learn, working outdoors in all weathers.

Responsibilities:
Assist in growing activities such as planting, pruning, weeding, and harvesting Christmas trees.
Perform heavy lifting as required for moving equipment or produce.
working with other team members of various nationalities
Skills:
Attention to detail working to a high standard as we are producing an aesthetic product
Very physically demanding role so applicants must be physically fit
Previous experience in horticulture and Christmas trees beneficial
Ability and drive to pick up new skills quickly
Piece work is available to earn production related bonuses
