Summary
Job Purpose To provide on shift leadership and management of our Hospice Nurses and Health Care Assistants to deliver patient-centred care and support To be part of the inpatient services management team to delivery service improvements to clinical services To support others and to be able to independently plan and deliver patient-centred care, working closely with patients and their families. Act as the shift coordinator, and teach others to do so, overseeing high-quality team nursing care and coordinating wider team care that puts patients at the heart of what we do. To act as the key worker for a designated caseload, showing nursing leadership by providing care as part of a multidisciplinary team. For more details please see job description.
